I purchased a boat 225 earphone from snapdeal.com at inr 489 /-. I got a fake product and also the accessories are missing with the headphones. I requested a replacement for my shipment and snapdeal rejected my replacement request. Snapdeal said that the product cannot be replaced or it cannot be refunded. They said they can only give a compensation of 80 rupees.

I bought a eyeliner pen of MAC product by seeing the image they showed and the offer as 70% discount made me to fall for it.. price around 200 rupees..nor i will buy any products from snapdeal neither I will support snapdeal in future. All fake please take actions.
