[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — boat basshead 225 earphones | |||
I purchased a boat 225 earphone from snapdeal.com at inr 489 /-. I got a fake product and also the accessories are missing with the headphones. I requested a replacement for my shipment and snapdeal rejected my replacement request. Snapdeal said that the product cannot be replaced or it cannot be refunded. They said they can only give a compensation of 80 rupees. Was this information helpful? | |||
