I purchased Hercules Act 110 from snapdeal on july 2013 Order ID - [protected] The cycle i got had scratches and the tube in front cycle was damaged, when i tried to inflate the tube, it exploded destroying the tyre also. When i called the customer care agent they told me to contact the dealer directly as they are just the "middleman". The dealer picked up the phone only once and just said that contact snapdeal. Many of my friends have also been cheated with this company. Ban this 420 company.
