Sir,

I benjamin thomas, hereby submit that snapdeal had delivered ishin white art silk saree for rs. 561.00 placed vide sub order id [protected] on 14 oct and delivered on 25th oct 2018. Since the product was contrary to what you advertised in web, change in colour and quality, undersigned initiated its return request on 26 oct 2018. You have created 05 different pick up schedules as below and rescheduled all for the reasons best known to you. Neither your pick up team reached at delivery address nor they called me so far.

Following are the pick up scheduled and rescheduled by yourself for reasons best known to you.

Since this unwanted product is still lying at the delivery address, i benjamin thomas, hereby intimate snapdeal that your unfair transaction, poor customer service caused heavy mental harassment and severe agony to me. Hence your good office is requested to pick up the item and refund rs. 561 and a compensation of rs. 5000 (Rupees five thousand only) total rs. 5561/- for the mental harassment and agony occurred due to your unfair practice and poor customer service within 15 days from the date of this email i. E. By 24th november 2018. T if not proper legal action will be imitated against you under consumer protection act and criminal action under cheating, fraudulent, breach of trust etc.
