Snapdeal.com — broken and not genuine rotimaker

pl ref my order no [protected]...received rotimaker in broken condition..also product without isi marking and no brand name NOVA embossed or eched on it..appears a local imitation..pl replace it with new genuine nova rotimaker... this time.. unfortunately haven't received any response to my earlier mail...hope to hear from u
