I would like to complain about Snapdeal's callous behavior towards their customers. I ordered a Redmi Prime (order # [protected]) and was received by my wife on 4th December as I was travelling. Upon my return, I opened the packet on 13th December, the same day I requested for a return as the phone had a broken screen. Its been 10 days that I am following up with their executives and helpdesk to facilitate the return, however, due to Snapdeal's ruthless and unprofessional attitude, product is still lying with me. I have written numerous mails to them but not received any correspondence back to assure the return of the faulty product.
Although, I have been given a false impression that my product will be picked up, but no one has reached me for the same.
I have spent INR 12000 in ordering a phone which is of no use to me as it is non-functional. This is quite frustrating and disappointing to see how a customer is mis-treated and given wrong information. Was this information helpful? |
