I ordered v-guard stabilizer on 3rd oct, 2016 (order # [protected] and suborder id: [protected]). i got the product delivered on 14th oct, 2016.
After opening the pack, i found that the stabilizer was broken into two pieces.
Immediately i called customer care and raised this concern. i returned the product on 15th oct. the product was picked up successfully and was with snapdeal for almost 13 days.
I got a mail today morning that the replacement request (ticket id:[protected] is rejected with the "status: replacement request declined" and the reason given is "quality checked failed". and they said that they would send me the same broken product.
I am highly disappointed with this action by snapdeal. as soon i got this mail i called customer care and she told me that she can not help me as quality team has not approved the request.
My concern is very straight "does snapdeal want me retain the broken product despite i paid full money". what kind of service is this?
My product is tagged with their so called "gold service". what is this gold, sorry but snapdeal is not even entertaining my replacement request despite the fact that they delivered broken product.
I want a immediate solution to this as this is highly unethical practice. snapdeal representatives here, please look into this and resolve the issue asap. please return my my money or deliver the new product. how can you guys deliver broken product to customer? escalate the issue to higher management and let them know about the was snapdeal is cheating customer. its a sheer cheating.
