I ordered 2 qty of the product on 28 april 2016 and was not satisfied with the cloth material. I initiated the refund process and received refund of only 1 item on 4th may 2016. After this i contacted customer care and she said that she has started the process of refund for the other item but i didn't recd. The refund then i again contacted cc the person other end said that the amt is refunded and gave me the brn no. Of the first transaction ie. The refund process of second item was not yet started and i was given incorrect info. And she registered that the refund of the second item is completed. I contacted again and was informed of the mistake done by previous operators and was assured of getting refund in 48 hours on 20 may 2016 now today it is 23 may and i did not received any refund yet. Highly disappointed by the irresponsible behavior of customer service candidates. There is no way to track ticket id status. Don't know how i will get my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
