[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Cancel orders on their will and wish - Rude behavior from customer support | |||
I placed order on 2nd Dec 2014, order number [protected]. For every order we place we do put in time and efforts. My order was cancelled with just a mail from Snapdeal without even mentioning the reason. Tried to reach them with "n" number of mails. Got callback from one support person and he told me that they had to cancel due to unavailability of stock. I don't understand why do they take orders for oroducts more than gthe quantity they have. They just want to gain popularity showing discounts and then cancel their orders and waste customer's time. To my surprise 2nd callback and the support person told me that your payment never went through. This clearly gave me indication that they are fooling customers. How can 2 support techs give different reason for same order cancellation. Tried reaching their other mail ID's but they are just too rude in talking to customer. They don't even care if customer is retained by them or not, they just want to fool online shoppers and keep their money to earn free interest. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am yet to get final solution. Customer support just disappears and they are least bothered to resolve. Owners from IIT are not cared as they are just filling their polckets with money from lakhs of customers.
