[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Cancellation of order prior to giving me notice | |||
Hi, I have placed an order on :[protected]:25:46 with order no [protected]. The order included jeans, trouser and a shirt. They have cancelled the order on 30th November 2014 . I got an sms from them that my order has been cancelled. This is very unprofessional attitude from a national e commerce site like snap deal, which is causing me extreme distress, anguish and pain. With my cousins sagan /marriage is scheduled on 4th December 2014, I am left with not much option as no other online provider can deliver the goods in such a short notice without charging extra money. They are busy in minting money without taking customers need into consideration. I want action to be taken to taken against them, so that they don't put any other customer in limbo again in future.
