I ordered a Vega full face helmet on 8 Dec 2014.The deadline was of 11Dec 2014.I didn't receive my shipment on that day, but after that day they promised that They will solve it within 2 days but still i didn't happen.After that i called them on their customer care they promised me again.Finnaly when I asked them on yesterday about my shipment they said it has been cancelled.I wasted my time & money & also it was really frustrating for me.
they didn't even bother to ask about the cancellation & also the customer care support was slugish Was this information helpful? |
