My cash back is pending for Aug 2015 (reference number 11921839, 11921962 &[protected] and more then 50 calls received from support team the assured me our team working for the same ... but there is no resolution.

My issue is escalated at high level priority from more then 6 months ... & support team confirmed me every time my money is safe with our company ...

customer support taken bank details various times and confirmed 3 – 4 times your account is credit but money not received …

there is a list of apologies & commitments for future but no resolution ….
