I ordered a phone from you but as it got some problem the company found it eligible to replace it with a new phone. The invoice no. Was se55ba/16-17/387. But now i want you to pick it up from a different address as the item is not presently there in the delivered location. But the courier team of ecom express is going to the previous location agai n and again and not directing to the new address. The address for pick up is reliance jio infocom limited.1st floor of reliance trends. Rukminigaon. Guwahati 22. Phn no [protected]
