My snapdeal order id is [protected]., [protected], [protected] i've been delivered a very cheap and bad puma's duplicate product by seller's mistake and there is no way to directly contact seller and resolve the issue. I raised a replacement request on snapdeal website but it says that no pick up facility available in my area and i've to pack it and return it by myself through courier.
Courier delivered product to my address and why they are not picking up.
Also i cancelled order on 15th june and didnt got the money back [protected],
I suspect that snapdeal or its sellers are running a fraud business. They intentionally send a wrong cheap product and then ask the customer to return it by courier. The returning process is so hectic that the buyer is just going to give up and will never send the product back
The return process is rather a harassment. Following are the steps to return a snapdeal product:

Step 1. Repack item with invoice, accessories, original labels and tags.
Step 2. Download, print and paste the return form on the package. Click here for the return form.
Step 3. Send the package to our warehouse. Don't forget to take the courier receipt from the courier.
Step 4. Upload a scanned copy of the courier receipt at help center. Go to your relevant order and select an issue under ‘i have a query on returns/refunds/cashback’. Here you can drag and drop the scanned copy.
I couldnt get the place to upload it,

Snapdeal’s customer care executive will further add to your harassment by repeating same thing again and again. “we are sorry for the inconvenience but you’ve to send the product back following few easy (Harassing) steps”.
I’ve already sent my complaint to snapdeal’s customer case mail id [protected]@snapdeal.com but no statisfactory action taken by them. Now i’m escalating my complaint and hope proper action will be taken as per consumer affair act.
