We are a registered vendor with snapdeal and have been selling our products through this portal forover 3 years now. Since our category of products is sanitary ware which comes under fragile category, We have been returned many products in fully damaged condition, the procurement cost of which comes around rs. 5, 000/- to rs. 10, 000/- each, for which snapdeal refused to provide us with the compensation against the damage and loss incurred to our company.in spite of strictly adhering to the Packaging guidelines of snapdeal for fragile products and providing them with the proper evidences they just rejected our claims without any proper explanations as to why our claims are being rejected continuously and pasted the same explanation as resolution in every dispute raised from our end.
