Dear Sir,
I have placed the order on 13 oct 2015 Order number [protected], Philips QT4011 Trimmer Black and paid through credit card 1349/-. I have been waiting for my product more than a weak. But yesterday (21-Oct 2015) suddenly you are sending a messge that we could not complete your delivery because the product has been lost in the shipment by courier partner. But as per the tracking the product has been packed and waiting for courier pickup on14 Oct 2015. (Screen shot attached), now suddenly you have cancelled my order. I called u r customer care ([protected] AT 7:59 PM DT: 21-oct-2015) they said the same that we have lost the product in shipment, this is a right way to say and this a right reason from a reputed organization. You dint feel childish that saying product is lost in shipping. Totally disappointment with your customer service. If product is lost in shipment means, it’s your response to arrange a new one and to deliver me on time. But you are simply cancelling the order and refunding me. When i spoke to your customer care executive (I think his name is vipin not sure - spoke with higher authority) they could not understand the customers point of view. I have ordered the product for Rs 1350/- now that product Price is 1650/-, so it’s clear that you could not afford the product in that price and your playing fool with the customer. You will give advertisement that products are in offer, on trusting you we will be buying the product with full paid cash, after a weak you will say a childish answer to the customer. Does u think that we are mad to believe all this stories. I am totally displeasure with you. You’re cheating the people by attractive advertisement in the newspaper. I have paid the money, you have kept my money for more than a weak so give me the compensation for the loss incurred for me. I have more trust on snapdeal.i am using snapdeal right from the beginning where you were famous in restaurants deals, Now it’s completely bad on your service. Very worst reply to customer who is eagerly waiting for the product. This is totally a cheating act.
If you give me product with the same price and deliver it with in a weak i will trust you, will appreciate your customer service and will promote your deals. Don’t lose your brand name and trust which we have kept on you. Kindly take this compliant as very serious one and do me the needful. I will be very happy if you deliver the product with in a weak for what i paid. I don’t want refund amount from you. I want you to deliver the product that’s it.
