With referecne to the Order number [protected] i had purchased a OBI worldphone through Snapdeal. and it was delivered to me on 5th may 2016.Howeveri noticed that there was a problm with the speaker and the voice was not clear. So i decided to return the product, and i initiated a returnthrough Snapdeal.Immditely i recieved a call from Snapdeal and was told that a engineer would visit my place and verify the Phone. After couple of days, the engineer visited and checked the Phone aand issue a confirmation that indeed there was a problem with the phone. Even after the engineer i have not recieved any repsonsefrom Snapdeal.Latter i call the customer care and checkd the status, and was told that shortly a pick wpuld be arranged but they ended up sending up amail that i should go to service center for repair. No my question is i hav purchased a brand new phone, if the phone is defective, why should i get the phone repaired.am i not entitled to get my money back. DONT YOU THINK THE ENTIRE DEFINATION OF ONLINE SHOPIING IS GETTING DEFEATED, when you harass a customer by not initiating a refund for defective product.
