Recently i have purchased the “hero green and black bicyle” sold by h parikh & co. Which was delivered to me after the due date and with wrong product.

At the time of order, the product mrp was shown as rs.12, 000 with 68 % discount and whereas the invoice has shown an amount of rs. 5, 800. The description and q&a of the product that i have ordered clearly shows that it is a 6 gear cycle with shimano rotary gears and whereas i have received a single speed bicycle which made my kid unhappy. I couldn’t find the phone number of the seller in the invoice or website to contact about this issue. I contacted snapdeal thru emai and sent all relevant information along with screenshots of the item that i have purchased.

I have raised the replacement request on the same day of delivery as the product delivered is different from the description of my ordered item. But snapdeal sent me a return form and asking me to send the bicyle thru courier. I’m not staying with my family and the item purchased was delivered to my kid at rajahmundry. It is not possible for him to take the 40 kg box to a courier and send the same.

I requested snapdeal to resolve the issue by at least asking the seller to send the gear set to the bicyle or any other amicable solution but in vain.

Snapdeal has also not posted my review that as a buyer i have written. They are not bothered about after sales and it is pure luck whether you get what you purchase or not. I'm totally disappointed with this purchase.
