[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Cheating with the customers | |||
I had ordered the product karpine screen guard on snapdeal for my Mi3 mobile on 8th Aug 2014 but when i received the product that was of some other brand named Moans screen guard. I had returned the product and placed a second order for purchase of Professional screen guard for same model again on 13th Aug 2014 by making the paymeng again.As happened in my first order again wrong product named Moan brand is delivered to me. I follwed up with the management but no solution is provided for the same. I had placed one more order of Kent Water Purifier on 16th Aug 14 and delivery date was given 23rd Aug 14 but i dint get the product on 23rd Aug 14 i tried to contact snapdeal customer care team they assured product will be delivered on 25th Aug 14 but i dint get the product even 25th Aug 14. Again i had to contact to snapdeal team for product delivery but no assured date and time of delivery was given by the management. I asked for money back in case they are not able to deliver the product but customer care supervisor refused to do the same. I dont understand niether they are delivering the product nor they returning my money back. Company is cheating to its customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
