[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — closure and deletion of account | |
I have been asking snapdeal to delete my account from their system as I don't require it anymore but they are not willing to do it They sent me wrong product and asked for my bank details to refund money though they could have returned it in the snapdeal wallet, within a month, I ordered another similar product and they again sent me a wrong product Snapdeal's customer helpline is pathetic, there is nothing where we can call customer care executives to explain our problem As I feel that my bank details and other details are not safe, I want to delete my account, I sent them a mail but they are not willing to Was this information helpful? | |
