Snapdeal.com — Commander Shoes Black Casual shoes

I have ordered a commander shoes black casual shoes and I got a golden black shoes and the shoes was tight for my feet .I placed a return request and the shoes was taken by the delivery man.The delivery man is saying that the shoes is different and neither I'm having my shoes nor my money is refunded.I'm mentally disturbed due to this. I want my money back.
