Subject:- complain about refund and faulty product
Dear sir my product was delivered to me on 14/5/2016 and i have used my product and found that product is faulty some time touch not working while open text window and this regarding i have submitted complain on 16/5/2016 and 17/5/2016 your engineer visit my place and out my product and he found that faulty my product but he is not provide me job sheet, after that i again request for revisit your engineer and you engineer visit on 23/5/2016 and fount again faulty product and he mention in job sheet and provide me job sheet, after that your executive ([protected]) call me and said to me that your product is ok no faulty. What is wrong going on with me. Why do you make fake commitment. I am your consumer since 1 year so you should not do this type of miss-happening with me.
If you did not take any action on my complain so i need to go to consumer forum and i will file case against you.
