[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Complain in respect to expiry of s. d cash

Dear sir,
After the return of quechua flowfit paint men hiking warm wear-8227809 with the order id-[protected] (03 items), your co. had refunded rs.1127/- in the form of s. d cash on[protected]. of late it was seen that the s. d cash expired on 20-07-16.
This is not cash back offer or freebie from your company and why there has to have expiry date on my tex paid money?
Hopefully, your co. must have moral & ethics.. is this right to engulf the money of the customer without his consent?.
Pl. make an arrangement to pay back my money in s. d cash, without hassle so that i can utilise this amount for further shopping... dr. c. d bhutia
