Snapdeal.com — Complaint about not responding over cancelling order

I made an order for Intex Aqua 3G pro smartphone (Rs. 3499) at 9:23am 18.oct.2015 on this number ( [protected]) and just after that I found the same phone is being sold at cheaper price some where else. So I made a call at 9.48 am 18.oct.2015 to cancel the order. but No action was taken and at the evening, there is a msg came about that parcel has dispached and courier will be come within before 25 oct, 2015 This is just annoying and disgusting thing that is happedned . I think suitable action should be taken against the customer care executive who is responsible for all this.
