Dear sir, I am regular customer in snapdeal.com but the following problem are facing in your side.kindly solve the problem urgent basis I am place against the above mention order no.of 3 pcs saree (1)-blue women velvet embordared saree with blouse pice.(2)Paras elegent designer net bollywood replica saree with blouse piece(3) indian house dashing purple color braso saree. I am return sr no.1 saree because color mismatch and not a velvet .Saree is already pick up your courier(JV EXPRESS PICK UP NO.45840531 Date 28/01/2015 ).but his recept shown paras elegent designer net bollywood replica saree with blouse piece. I am already complaint and confirmed customer care but till date not yet refund amount and refund status. I am already return sr no .2 Saree because saree was dammage.your courier pick up(Delhivery pick up receipt no.[protected] dated 27/01/2015).till date not yet received refund amount. I am attached courier pickup receipt. Kindly request you to refund my amount as soon as possible. Thanking you
