I had purchased three Lenovo Laptop Bags in Dec 2013. I received duplicate bags, so i returned three bags in single box. I have received refund of two bags but not of third one till today. Whenever i call snapdeal helpline no. they say "status is not updated". One of your executive Ms. Reenu confirmed receipt of bag and said your refund is initiated but in vein.
