I would like to inform that we have purchased branded laptop under order id: [protected] dated 3rd june 2016 of rs. 37, 548 laptop specification
Dell inspiron 3148 2-in-1 laptop (4th gen intel core i3- 4gb ram - 500gb hdd - 29.46 cm (11.6)- touch - windows 10) (silver)
We received return confirmation through email dated 18/6/16 for under return request no.24603179
We received damage product after that we have submitted our request to snapdeal customer care so many time and said us for return product through blue dart courier and the courier charges they will refund also.
We have shipped damage product after snapdeal return confirmation vide receipt no [protected] dated 20-6-16 but again they are not accepting return from bluedart till date.
The purpose for purchase the laptop not fulfilled
I would like to say that if my refund not done immediate then i will take all legal action against this fraud practices done with us..
Almost 20 days have crossed and so many follow-up we have done in this concern
Kindly refund the requested amount immediate otherwise we will take all legal action against this fraud and approach to consumer form etc.
