[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Damaged dining set delivered... Now not getting a refund | |||||
I received a 6 seater dining table from snapdeal which was installed after 2 days of delivery. After the installation done by their people I come to know the table top damaged...Since then requesting the customer care to get the product picked and refund my money, but all in vain...The wooden frames, carton boxes all lying in my living room for they want the original packing...my house is in a mess with my money also stuck...feeling very helpless..Please help Thanks and regards, Ritu Was this information helpful? | |||||
