I have Order Item Code 087839 (INTEX UPS PROTECTOR 725) By Order No: [protected] Suborder No: [protected] As On 25/12/2014 Which I Received On 31/12/2014 In Damaged Condition And It Is Not Usable. I launched Complaint against Complaint Number: 14036121 On 31/12/2014. Till Today I Send 10 To 12 Emails But Every Time They answered "We request you to bear with us in the interim" At Least Arrange For Replacement Of Damaged Items.
