Snapdeal.com — Damaged product delivered and no reverse pick from last 2 weeks | |||||
I placed an order at Snapdeal for queen size bed ( order number [protected]) on Oct 15th, 2015. The same was delivered on Oct27th, 2015 in damaged condition. Since then, I have been requesting Snapdeal customer care for reverse pick up and return my money. I have already made more than 10 attempts to request customer care but no progress so far. Snapdeal has bunch of highly unprofessional reverse pick up team who don't even pickup the phone. I, as customer suffered a lot by numerous follow ups without any success. I want my money back. Forgot about interest and penalty, if they give my money that will be enough. Worst experience of lifetime with Snapdeal. Thanks Devendra Was this information helpful? | |||||
