Hi Snap deal, (Complaint No:[protected] This is vidhya prabhakar, i purchesed the laptop Hp P001TX on 14th dec (order no: [protected]) from snapdeal and it got delivered on 18th dec at 5.30pm, i found the product is damaged at one corner while opening the box.I stressed out lot because of this damaged product was delivered to me. As i am pregnant lady need in urgent basis, but i need to wait again for replacement to be delivered, i thought the courier service is not at all good in snapdeal . now i afraid of buying the products from snapdeal and also afraid of the replacement will come as undamaged or not, kindly replace the product as soon as possible. find the images in the attachments... regards, Vidhya Prabhakar Was this information helpful? | |||
