Hi snapdeal
I have ordered lenovo vibe k4 note (16gb, black) order id: [protected], email id [protected]@gmail.com. it was supposed to be deliver yesterday but i received it today on 20th sept. now the concern here id that the packing was totally damaged and pathetic i was wondering that would there be mobile inside or not. and after i opened the box i realized that i was thinking correct, the mobile box was damaged the mobile was damaged, screen was totally crushed as you can see it in the attached pics. i know its not your fault and not even the seller its totally the fault of "courier services". though i have raised a replacement request but iam afraid that the second time when i'll be getting this product will it be the same courier service provider, will i be getting the same services. trust me snap deal you should also be working on your courier service provider apart from making new logos and changing your website designs. i would politely as you guys to look into this matter carefully because next time we'll be sorting this matter socially.
