Dear Madad/Sir, I need to inform you that I have received I Phone 5S on 05th April, 2016 and found defected piece and same day mid night submitted my complaint. My request no. 21837714 I have received SMS from Snapdeal that they will call within 48 Hours. still now I haven't received any single call from snap deal. I have called to Snapdeal more than 10 times but not get proper answer and feedback. I have brought this item with 100% Cash back Guarantee. But Now they aren't take any responsibility. My Phone having so much problem and I have to send back to Snapdeal. I request you to take action on it. I need immediately solution on my product.
