I had ordered a Data Wind MoreGmax 4G7 calling tablet from Snapdeal on 04-10-16 with Gold scheme in which 14 days replacement assurance was given. On[protected], I received a defective product from from the seller Tablets Investments India Pvt Ltd Kunda_VL-VolI, in which touch is not working in some portions of the display. After two days, on 09-10-16, I placed a return/replace order. On[protected], Snapdeal assigned a service visit to authenticate the product. On 12-10-16, a technician came and confirmed that there is problem in touch screen and told me, he will send report to Snapdeal for next action. After that there is no information or no action taken from Snapdeal, even if I cannot contact customer care since the number is always busy. Please do the needful. Details given below.
