I have ordered iphone6s on the 1st of Feburary 2016, bearing Order ID: [protected], and have received the product on the following week.The product received was defective as there was noticeable problem with the display.I had asked for replacement many times but the snap deal team did not respond well.So, i used the phone without any further complains thinking that the phone will not give me any problem!In this span of almost a year, the phone kept giving me some problem or the other and now it is not switching on.The phone is still under warranty, and I demand replacement of the product at the earliest and if no response will be made to my complain, i as a customer will have to take further necessary action against this online shopping site! thankyou Was this information helpful? |
