[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Delay

My estimated delivery date was 2nd jan. 2017. I did not receive my order on the due date. Snapdeal charged me @ rs.140 for the standard delivery charge for this order for delivery on 2nd jan. 2017. I want to refund my money (@rs.140) because my order did not receive on the due date. When i track my order in snapdeal website i have seen my order was dispatched before the due date (2nd jan. 2017) but it did not deliver me on the due date through the deliveryman.
Please kindly see my problem. Thanking you.

Very untrusty act from snapdeal or its seller
I am never going to buy any product from u
And also warns other for not to buying from here.
