Snapdeal.com — delay in delivery | |||
This is with reference to the order placed via online shopping on snapdeal. The order was placed and was not delivered on the day as promised by snapdeal. After numerous correspondence also snapdeal is not responding at all. I've already submitted my complaint on this forum regarding the same earlier also. It's been more than 10 days and order is not delivered yet. There is no contact number available to contact with snapdeal customer care or supervisor to solve the issue as all given numbers are fake. The delivery boy doesn't contact and reschedule of the delivery is being reflected without the consent of the customer. Kindly look into the matter pls.
