[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Delay in delivery of my order | |||||
I placed an order for a new phone and phone cover ( My order number is [protected]) I got the phone case earlier and it was not delivered to my door, the delivery person left it down near my apartment gate. I paid the entire amount online and they don't care about the delivery. Further more my phone was supposed to delivered by was in between 7th to 9th November and was changed to 14th and then to 17th. Customer care executive promises to prioritise it but I see any action being takem. It so annoying to pay full amount as a Gold customer and not getting a quality service. I placed the order on 3rd November 2016 and waiting for my phone. My existing phone is not functioning properly and need a phone urgently and they are least bothered. My last product with Snapdeal. They should atleast call back the customer and apologize for the delay, but they just keep changing the delivery dates. I am filing a complaint in consumer court under the act of negligence and failure to abide the delivery agreement. I am a reasonable customer and mistakes do happen, however they should admit it and apologize the customer for the trouble cause. Was this information helpful? | |||||
