[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Delay in Order ID: [protected] | |
Product Ordered on 24th Oct with full payment & per snapdeal website the delivery date confirmed was latest by 21st Nov. However till date the product has not been shipped also. Also inspite of raising multiple tickets no feedback from Snapdeal. Subsequently after multiple attempts, Snap Deal just cancelled the order saying that the merchant is unable to ship but the same product is still listed on their website but at a much higher price now. It seems like a overall scam wherein Snap Deal is accumulating money of people by showing various offers & after month or two months cancelling the orders. The Money held by Snap Deal does however fetch interest to the company. It seems like a new business model adapted by the company to make more money without selling anything.
