Sir, I have placed order vide ID No. [protected] DETAILS Placed on 30 Sep, 2016 of Total Gym Home Gym Set - 25kg but it could not be delivered till date. More than one month has lapsed and various reminders made by me to your customer care and they had given various date of delivery (8/10/16, 14/10/16, 20/10/26, 24/10/16 to 27/10/26) but till this date I never received the above items. Snapdeal is a one of the esteemed service provider but in this case why the delay has been occurred.
