[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Delaying in refund | |||||
The product delivered to me is faulty, I return product with DOA latter and same has been received by your team on 5th Jan, now there is 14 days to go, i call many time to your call center and send many mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com, still not able to get my refund.Every time i call the customer care, i have to listen a new story by your executive and i heard apologies but no sign of refund.i am very Disappointed with your services and dealing.till now i spend Rs 250 on mobile bill to tall to your executive . There is no issue to my side then why i have to suffer. Plz help me to get my refund as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 20, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks for your support, but my issue has been resolved today, i don't know it is because of your complaint pressure or other, but they refund my money today 4 pm. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
