[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Deliver cancelled product and, not pick up refund | |||||
I am Divya Srivastava, Order id [protected], order placed date 5.8.2016 and cancelled date 7.8.2016.but got cancelled product, I refused to take that product but coriur boy said(ye to apko lena hi paega kyonki hamare office me aa gaya h).I have taken the product and informed to snapdeal authority. they committed to refund my amount and pickup the product.when to be the incident to be happening and i get back my money and you will pick up the product from my home as per snapdeal rule and regulation on cash on delivery system. I TRUSTED your commitment over phone call at least 6 times with 20 -25 minutes communication par call.what is the consequences let me know. Was this information helpful? | |||||
