[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Delivered a duplicate product | |||||
I ordered an original Sennheiser cx180 earphone on snapdeal on 15th February, 2017. But I was delivered a duplicate product on 17th February 2017 which is far from original as it looks different than the original product, has no QR code on the package and also the sound balance is not correct. I tried to replace the product but that was not accepted by Snapdeal. Then I tried to contact customer care but nobody received the call. Kindly help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
