[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — delivered a wrong product & then refuse to pay refund. | |||||
My sister had ordered one wildcraft bag pack from snapdeal on 5 jul 2017 however when we received the order, we found bag is different from the order (Actual bag was having 2 compartment on the upper side however we have ordered a bag 3 compartment. We initiated for refund and informed snapdeal to take the bag return and return our money. They collected the bag and informed us they will refund the amount. However suddenly they returned our bag again to our family member without any notification & they updated their status online that we found quality checking issue. Its a pure non sense thing that could happen to anyone o[censored]s. Finally i have informed my family & friends about this issue and alerted them not to take anything from snapdeal anymore.
