Fake product and fake offers, I ordered pressure cooker and slipper. For the cooker after 10 days told product not available they refund the money. For the slipper, First time they delivered wrong product. Slipper actual price: Rs.999, i ordered with 50% Offer at Rs.499. product link( http://www.snapdeal.com/product/brutsch-orange-flat-sandals/[protected] The second time you are sending me fake product second time. I ordered size 40 second time return also sent the same product size 39(written in back side of the slipper) and also fit as expected. I don't want your refund i need the right product (size 40). See if you refund after i order this newly without offer Rs.999 with size 40 they will send me 39 again. Continuously your seller cheating, i can not tolerate this. Don't tell me item is not available and you will refund. Because i am not booked the product, i ordered it. This is your responsible to handle the product availability vs ordering. As a customer i can not accept once it has been ordered and you told me its not available i will refund your money, then who will take charge of the delay. In other words you are cheating the customers and taking the orders and holding their cash to some time for your cash flow then telling product not available we will refund your money. One more point you guys cheating the customer that providing offer once ordered you took the money then after refund we need to buy it on non offer price. So, The solution for this kind of issue, 1, I need 40 size same slipper, (or) 2, Special gift voucher for this same product worth Rs.500. (or) 3, Special gift voucher worth of Rs.500 which can be used for any product at without any minimum amount of product to be purchased. Can any one provide the solution here or we can take legal action on cheating the customers by the fake offers and holding their money for some time. ?
