[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Delivering of Short quantity on online purchase | |||
I had placed order for 3pack of natural healthcare levenum for all types of liver diseases for an amount of rs 1499/- vide order id [protected] from snapdeal.com on 11.06.20 and i had prepaid rs 1388/- as they provide rs119 discount. But i had received only 2pack on 19.06.20 and i had informed them the shortage at the moment of receipt. They asked to return the product. As i was continuing the medicine i was not able to return. And secondly i had fear that i will not get refund even if i return, as this item is non returnable item and no window of return approval in snapdeal.com site was received at the time. The same was intimated same by email. I requested them to send the shortage one bottle pack and informed the courier charge if any will be prepaid by me. They didn't send the shortage one till the time even though many request has been placed by me. I think this is their usual practice to send the shortage by giving discount.
