[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Delivery issues - never mention delivery date while placing order and don't bother about late late deliveries | |||
By mistake again I ordered from Snapdeal... n its a geyser... not sure if they are planning to deliver it after winters... Issues we faced- 1. 16th was delivered date as per courier partner(Gati - another bad firm), not delivered yet. 2. Have called 10+ times in Snapdeal and Gati's custcare, every time told to have a scheduled call back, have never received. 3. From 18th am hearing today or latest by tomorrow product will be delivered, and its not delivered yet. 4. Even after asking, no info why its taking soooo long 5. We asked for pickup on our own, that was not entertained 6. Very nicely snapdeal changed its delivery date from 19th to 25th. And not making any effort to get it delivered. 7. WORST - fraud status update that attempt of delivery made, and we asked for some other delivery date. One big problem is snapdeal never show delivery date while placing order and later neverbother about delivery after shipping. Was this information helpful? | |||
