[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Dell laptop purchased | |||||
I purchased a dell laptop from snapdeal order id [protected] and i got it in defected condition and raised a replacement request at the same moment but they didnt pick up my product i called them daily 2 times requested them for the same, but they keep on making false excuses and finally i took my laptop to dell service centre and they told me the invoice which you have got from snapdeal is not valid, kindly help me in getting replacement of my product.
