[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — denial of warranty support, false information and unfair trade practices | |||
#snapdeal victim - denial of warranty service Denial of product warranty service - false information listed, no action on repeated follow-up even to snapdeal ceo email id. Reported the problem about warranty denial by the brand on 17th sept 2018 to snapdeal. Several snapdeal care executives called up and kept giving false promises. Final denial of service request email from snapdeal came on 4th oct. Bought a branded monitor (World leader) from snapdeal site. As per snapdeal website info 3yrs warranty from date of purchase was committed. On reaching out brand, they said this is a misinformation as warranty is for 3yrs from date of manufacturing. Had several communication with snapdeal on this subject and they refused to honor the commitment at the time of purchase. So consumers, beware of false information listed by snapdeal and their unfair trade practices. Note: - still escalated the matter with brand for a resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||
