I had ordered for the hand sanitizer 5000ml vide sub order no [protected] dtd 1st Nov. 21 &paid Rs 2011.The product was delivered on 7th.While checking, this product was hand wash & not sanitizer & the MRP as printed was Rs 950 only. When called for return, they taken request but now they are not agree either for return or refund. Call centre executive said that hand wash & sanitizer are same while manufacturer confirmed both are different. Request for an early redressal of my grievance. +1 photos Was this information helpful?
