[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Dermanest hand sanitizer - return & refund.

Placed an order for dermanest sanitizer 5000ml vide sub order no [protected] dt 1st Nov. 21 and paid Rs 2011/- & the delivered product was different. It was hand was and the MRP as printed on the item was Rs 950/only. Called call centre for return or refund. They accepted but now they are refusing with argument that correct product has been delivered. How it is possible? See the difference of price. The manufacturer has also confirmed that the wash and sanitizer are different product. It is requested to kindly take necessary action for return & refund.
